About Fans of Being a Mom

Being a Mom – there’s nothing like it.  Until you’re in it, you really have no idea how it will change your life.  The experience is thrilling, heartwarming, heartbreaking, challenging, and enlightening.  You will laugh.  You will cry.  You will call your mother and apologize.  You will call your friends and beg them to keep you from going crazy.  A lot.  Some days, you’ll go crazy anyway.  That’s what being a mom is all about.  And you know what?  We love of all of it.  We’re total fans of the full-on, no-holds-barred, in-your-face adventure of a lifetime that is motherhood.

At Fans of Being a Mom we rejoice, commiserate, laugh, and celebrate the common ground and shared experiences of motherhood because we “get it.” We’re all in the club. We strive to capture the essence of what it means have a lifetime ticket to this crazy ride. Each day, we strap ourselves in for the highs and lows and ups and down of motherhood.

We believe that being a mom is an amazing privilege and the most important job anyone can have.  We’re honored that you’ve chosen to share your journey with us and excited to share ours with you.
