We were so touched by the many heartfelt and compassionate stories and comments you shared during breast cancer awareness month. Your experiences underline the fact that breast cancer does not discriminate – each year deeply affecting the lives of tens of thousands of women and their loved ones. Luckily, the diversity of people supporting research efforts is just as broad as that of the people whose lives are changed forever by this disease.
One group lending a hand to the fundraising efforts is Purina® Cat Chow®. Fans of Being a Mom is proud to help promote this dedicated group in their efforts to raise $125,000 towards finding a cure. You can participate by taking a brief, 5-question quiz about key breast cancer facts. For each quiz submitted, Purina ® will donate $1.00 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
Today, through this sponsored partnership with Purina®, we are pleased to offer you a way to make a difference in the fight against this disease. We hope that our combined efforts will offer some hope to the women struck by this disease, their children, and other loved ones. Please visit the Purina ® Cat Chow® Connected for the Cause⢠quiz to participate. You can extend your donation by sharing this opportunity to contribute with your friends and family. Thanks for making a difference.

Little acts sometimes make a big difference
Susan,
Such a lovely comment and so true.
The smallest act of kindness or giving can go further than you’d ever imagine, and when you combine the small acts of many, there’s no telling how you can change the world.
Thank you.
I cherish each and everyday with my 2 beautiful daughters!!
My kids are my world…I don’t even want to imagine life without them.
